Food justice is an important part of community justice. Knowing how to use that food to fuel your body is critical to lifelong health. By teaching kids the science of the body, how to properly exercise, along with healthy nutritional habits, we will forge proactive gains for generations to come.

We have undertaken the honor & privilege to assist Veterans who were injured in foreign conflicts. We have been in contact with the United States Paralympic Committee & have formulated a curriculum and plan of action to assist and serve those who served us. Recognizing that depression, mental health challenges, obesity, and other medical challenges exist amongst our veterans, we have constructed free programs for these veterans to promote inclusion, appreciation, and normality.
The Jump In Challenge is a quarterly physical challenge that promotes cardiovascular wellness in children and adults.
During the 1st & 3rd quarter we run a Jump Rope Challenge, where a combined group of 100 participates are challenged to jump 500,000 times within a 4 hour timeframe.
The 2nd & 4th quarter challenge consists of a Catalyst Obstacle Course. A combined group of 10-15 participates or designated teams are challenged to complete a high intensity obstacle course.
The Saturday Youth Workshop is designed to incorporate art and physical activity.
It promotes self-esteem building for youth and provides a safe avenue for kids to express their true talent.
Kids are able to explore the body through a body craft coordinated by in-house creatives and a physical activity that is designed to promote endurance, stamina, and speed.
Kids are provided with a balanced meal, a movie, and normality.
Biannually, we teach a 4-week Understanding Photography course to kids. This course breaks down photography basics from understanding the technical aspects of the camera, to the science behind how light interacts with different surfaces and color.
We conduct several music classes on a monthly basis to teach kids how to play different instruments, how to understand and utilize beats, how to read music, and provide vocal coaching.
